Galua Plus Architectural Design Studio, A study of green residential buildings' technical, economic, environmental, and architectural aspects in an urban location has been made. In line with the overall objective of quantifying the advantage of a green residential building over traditional building designs, the research study subjects the study into five major sustainable elements, namely:


  1. The site and sustainable development.
  2. Water use.
  3. Energy use.
  4. Material use and energy conservation.
  5. Improved environmental quality.


The study combined the standard features of sustainable architecture and globally-accepted standards for determining sustainable designs, such as the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).


The firm has proven its ability to handle different degrees of complexity with its involvement in numerous establishments- government offices, colleges, universities, commercial establishments, residential buildings, and several municipal & city master development plans and physical planning. In its years of keen service, the firm has been steadfast in delivering excellent service to its clients, and it remains consistent as it continues to operate in the field of architecture.
